The house is located in a quiet, family area, 4 km from the La Paz pier. The house is very nice and perfect for having a good time with family and friends. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the TV room. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a closed garage for a small/medium car, and best of all: a great patio with a private pool, barbecue, and fire pit. We'll love having you!

Beautiful home in a central location. 15-minute drive from the boardwalk (Malecon), 15-minute drive from the La Paz international airport and a 2 min walk to the beach. Great restaurants and pharmacy a 2 mins walking from the house. 2 master bedrooms and additional room with a balcony over the enclosed garage with ocean views! 3.5 bathrooms and outdoor shower for the pool. The area is very safe and quiet thank you for your consideration!

Comfortable two-story house, located just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the pier by car and La Posada beach, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets that characterize La Paz. Two blocks away is the bike path that runs along the entire pier. The neighborhood is quiet and you can rest. I have a QS inflatable mattress, ideal for 2 extra people.
