Tourist license VT-495881-A Privately owned. Have fun with the family at this stylish place in a small urbanization on a cove 2.5 km from El Campello. There are fantastic sea views from the roof terrace with fridge, comfortable corner sofas, and breakfast bar facing the sea. There's a patio with summer kitchen and shade just steps from the communal pool. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was refurbished 3 years ago. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.

The patio on the ground floor (shared) is for entrance and access to the laundry room. This villa is part of Neptuno 21 and consists of three apartments in total.

Renovated house, located on a pedestrian street 500 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and very central area with all amenities within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with its own bathroom and 1 with a single bed, 1 ironing room. A porch and a large terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. The house has a large terrace, a backyard, and a porch in front of the house that make summer nights unforgettable.

Villa with a large 1200m2 exterior with pool garden air of games and a private hot tub to delight young and old . the beach is a 2-minute walk away and the tram and bus public transport is a 3 minute walk away to reach El campello or Alicante and on the other side is Benidorm . Our house is a Spanish style, it's almost on the ground floor everywhere A great destination to change air and rest well for young people or families
