Nice, modern and clean flat not far from the nice beaches and restaurants. Good value for money.

Great apartment, spotlessly clean. Close to the tram, beach supermarket and restaurants. Lovely quiet building. Spectacular roof terrace.

Good accommodation, modern and well-equipped. The hostess is very good. The place, somewhat secluded, quiet, with small coves nearby, better if you go by car, the "tram" passes every half hour and is not punctual... We left with a good taste in our mouths!

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

I spent 5 nights in the apartment for a business trip and I found it very good in terms of transport (the tram and taxi are just behind the building). The host is very responsive, kind and flexible. The apartment is clean and tidy. It contains everything you need in terms of sheets, towels, wifi, etc. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Patricia's "Rêve Marin" is a very nice and spacious apartment where we felt at home. The apartment is really equipped with everything you need and the bed has a good and very comfortable mattress. We found the layout to be optimal and appreciated the open kitchen as well as the living room with access to the balcony with wonderful views of the sea. The apartment is quietly located (the street is on the front side of the complex) and we already miss the sound of the sea. We will be happy to come back!

It was a great time for us! The beginning was stressful - blackout in Spain (the phones stopped working).. We finally managed to contact the host - when we picked up the keys, the stress left us.. :) The apartment is great - spacious, clean and well equipped. Beautiful area - very close to the beach. I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.. :)

I would highly recommend a stay in Borja’s cosy apartment. It’s bright, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything needed, including a couple of beach chairs and a parasol. From the front entrance it’s just a stones throw on to the beach. Borja was a great host, very friendly, quick to respond to messages and was happy to accept an early check in. It felt like he really wanted you to enjoy your stay in this apartment. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we will be happy to come back!!

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.
