Cozy flat with amazing views at Gran Canaria

MathiasRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This apartment is well appointed and equipped and enjoys a breathtaking view of the ocean. If you like surfing, it starts under the window. To swim, you have to go 1km to el Puertillo. The corner is quiet on its small street but the main road GC2 is not far. We are well placed for mountain walks to Guayedra, Pozo de las Nieves, Bandama or Guayadeque. We are in a very local area, away from the tourist factories of Maspalomas. We love it! We would have stayed another month!

The hallway features traditional wooden beams and stone accents, creating a warm atmosphere. A small table sits against the wall with two wooden chairs placed nearby. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, offering views of the surrounding garden.

Villa Los Matos, Pool and Garden, Valleseco

A beautiful mountain home, great for exploring the mountain region of Gran Canaria, and perfect for a family. We had pretty bad weather, so the pellet stove to warm up the kitchen was *very* welcome! Ana offered local suggestions and left us some local goodies to try. We had some problems with hot water for showers, but Ana is sending someone to have a look. Beautiful views and a stunning garden.

El Roque - Surf & Yoga home.

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I'll make it short: Simply a dream. The place was easy to find. Valentina simply described the check-in instructions before arrival and sent us a lot of tips for restaurants and attractions nearby. Messages were responded to quickly. The place was a dream to be in. It made you feel right at home. There were many things for everyday needs. The accommodation matched the pictures exactly and was worth every penny. The accommodation is located in the north, but you can reach all tourist areas within a maximum of an hour's drive. If we fly to Gran Canaria again, we will definitely stay with Valentina again :)

A sandy beach is framed by a cluster of cacti in the foreground. The calm sea stretches into the distance under a clear blue sky. A simple bench is visible on the shore, inviting contemplation of the scenic ocean view.

La Cueva de Caleta by Villa Gran Canaria

LinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is really special. Once you've made your way through the banana plantations to the very tip of the island, La Caleta opens up like a little oasis. Your (rental) car has no business in the narrow streets, it is parked in a public square at the upper end. Walk down to the stone beach and after a few days you will have strong calves. The apartment is a small hideaway, away from everyday life and busy tourism. Here you have your peace and can listen to the sound of the waves 24 hours a day. Watch out for the surf, because the waves that drive the surfers into the adjacent bay like to hit the house wall in windy weather. But you're safe in the cave. Watch the anglers and crab fishermen, bathe in the sun and enjoy the sunset behind the distant Tenerife. A small restaurant provides a small snack, but for shopping, you have to leave Caleta for a moment.

"El Roquete", Feel the Sea

JellaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We love the north coast, because it is less touristic and more local. You have the same feeling in Pilars apartment, with local nabors and visitors in the harbour. It might be a little more cloudy and windy but never cold. The apartment is clean, cosy and very close to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and enjoyed every second. There was everything we needed, to cook, even snorkle, towels, we didn't miss a thing. You can take a swim just in front of the door, the nearby beach which has a blue flag or in many of the nearby natural pools. You need a car to get around. There was a bit noise from some road repair and you have to park your car 200 meters from the house during the week, but nothing that bothered us. We definitely recommend Pilars place.

Panoramic views - Paraísos de Agaete

HeikeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the linens to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in terms of furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

A historic building features a symmetrical façade highlighting two prominent wooden doors, flanked by tall windows and decorative stonework. A clock tower rises above, while tall trees provide shade. People can be seen ascending the stone steps, contributing to a lively atmosphere.

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was perfect for our group of 2 families. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with bedrooms and a bathroom on a second floor and a kitchen, living room with sofa fed and 2nd bathroom on the first floor. The terrace is very big and lovely. We all were very comfortable in the space for two nights. Recommend highly!
