Very well equipped and stocked in the trendy Cabañal Quarter, close to everything and away from traffic and hustle and bustle. A 40-square-meter apartment on the first floor in Cabañal, with a 15-step staircase typical of the construction in the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia. Staircase that gives access to two apartments, both of which I own. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available at all times, 24 hours a day, via the app for any questions or needs.
