The apartment better than the pictures. Area with many restaurants, bars and supermarkets to eat or buy what you need. Parks on the shore if you're going with children. We went to Cabarceno and it was great because it's an 8-minute drive. And very good for parking the car. Agustín was always waiting for us to arrive. Nothing negative

We've been very comfortable. Everything was very clean and practically new. The treatment has been impeccable and we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended and ideal for traveling with children.

Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars! Pozas de Luna is a super great place to stay! We (2 people + dog) spent just under two weeks in Pozas de luna and will definitely come back. We spent unforgettable evenings with the owner Ruth and the small community, which consisted of roommates and friends. Ruth always provided us with interesting options for leisure activities and took care of us more than thoughtfully. The property is large and our vehicle could be parked in the property. 17 min. by car to the beach (Langre) and to the city of Santander and the breathtaking hinterland. Finally, just one sentence: Arrived as strangers and departed as friends!

The apartment is very comfortable, bright and comfortable. It is well equipped. The area is very quiet and the terrace is huge and pleasant because it overlooks a green area. Many services around, buses to the city center and close access to the city exits. During the week, there are a few hours in the afternoon when there is noise from a dance school downstairs, but the rest of the time is very quiet. Our dog has been sunbathing on the terrace most of the time. We were very comfortable in La Terrazuca. If we can, we'll be back.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was spotless and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt right at home. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. To park there are several parking lots around, but it is true that we used to find parking in the blue zone easily practically nearby, so the experience of going by car has been excellent as well. All I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely return if the opportunity arises. Consuelo is fantastic, pending, friendly, communicative and notice that the accommodation is part of its history. The place is in perfect condition, it's what you see, even more. Quiet, safe area. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

We had an amazing stay! The place was even better than in the pictures—spacious, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day. We loved spending the week here and felt completely at home. Pau was incredibly friendly, responsive, and understanding, especially with our two energetic kids. We truly appreciated the place. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

Magda gave us 10-star service. Always making sure you feel at home. And the accommodation is amazing. Very quiet and with countless details. Very close to the port of Alisas. Great place to stay for the Hoznayo Rally Festival. If we go back to the rally, we'll definitely repeat it!!
