Monthly Rentals in El Astillero de Arriba

Paul was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He checked in regularly to ensure our needs were met. We had regular cleaning of the pool and one cleaning service throughout the house during our 8 day stay. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. The amenities fit all of our needs and the space had a lot to offer. We will be booking again when we return to Colima.

The place is in the heart of Colima and is two blocks from the cathedral. It's very safe and I like that you can use the cards to enter. I wish there were two cards, instead of one, in case you go with your partner and your partner can enter with their own card. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'll consider this same place for when I visit Colima again

It's a very new apartment, with TV and air conditioning, which is important in Colima. Parking space. I didn't like that it has few windows and not much ventilation capacity; I would have liked the parking lot not to be open; and I would recommend that it have a coffee maker. But the truth is that with a car, it's very good.
