From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

A 150 metros tenéis la boca de metro Alto de Extremadura y justo al lado una parada de autobús donde paran cinco líneas de autobuses que os llevarán al centro histórico de Madrid en pocos minutos, además también hay una línea nocturna que sale desde la plaza de Cibeles. En un radio de 100 m tenéis bares, farmacia,estanco, supermercados, pastelería,banco, etc, para que no os falte de nada. EN EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO FUMAR.

It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
