Vacation rentals with a patio in El Aouina

This place was wonderful for our needs. It was clean and had a touch of history with its design and architecture. This place spans 3 floors. the ground floor leads up to the 2nd floor were you have the kitchen, livingroom and 1 bathroom. This space was clean had AC and practical. Then a 2nd set of steps lead to the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting area and outbdoor terrace. All and all we had a great time in this clean functional home. Was close to restuarants and shops. Was a great stay.

Christine's place was excellent. It's on a hill overlooking the bay in a lovely gated community. It's not really walkable to La Marsa or Gammarth, but easy to access both if you have a car or by taxi. The apartment was nicely updated with a nice kitchen and ac in every room. The complex was very quiet, walkable and clean. Highly recommended - an excellent value.

This was an incredible place to spend a week! It is within walking distance of the beautiful views of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, and a short taxi away from everything else. The apartment is beautiful and Farah was extremely helpful and kind in answering our questions. There is also a delicious pastry shop and coffee shop right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir haben es sehr genossen!! Die Lage ist super und die Gegend sehr sicher und ruhig :) Auch die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Im generellen bietet die Unterkunft einen schön ruhigen Rückzugsort der eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Auch Amen der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat bei allen möglichen Fragen schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet! Also eine echte Empfehlung 🫶🏼

In a great location of Tunis- not far from airport. It is close to many small shops / restaurants. Apartment is clean and very well done. This is now my go to when in Tunis

Je vous recommande sans hésiter l’appartement de Souhaib. L’appartement est plutôt bien situé surtout si vous aimez vous balader et rentrer un peu plus au calme. Tout correspond parfaitement. Souhaib est un hôte proactif, réactif et très sympa.

It was a great stay in Tunis with my parents. The house was so beautiful and with amazing surroundings and there is a local market nearby and you can access to anywhere easily by taxi (it's not far from Marca beach and Carthage region, Max 7 min with taxi) The host is so friendly and help us with any problem that we had during our stay

Beautiful place! We loved the location and felt very safe walking places. We walked to Sidi Bou Said central area (not bad if you enjoy walking). We enjoyed a few of the recommended restaurants. The view is pretty!! The apt is very cute and comfortable.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette vaste maison au pied de la plage , une atmosphère de vacances et de tranquillité vous y attend . Très jolie décoration, grandes chambres , climatisation, wifi/fibre et TV parfaitement fonctionnels et beaucoup d’équipements pour un confort complet ! Jolis petits jardins qui entourent la maison m, habités par deux petites tortues . Deux terrasses très agréables avec vue mer exceptionnelle notamment le roof top pour des moments chill et apéro au sunset. Et que dire de l’accueil d’Ayed et de Ramla , tous deux vraiment sympathiques, réactifs, accommodants et de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour, et plein de petites attentions pour vous accueillir au mieux . Aucune hésitation : hospitalité et détente assurées ! Un grand merci à vous deux !

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place is absolutely lovely, peaceful, spacious, and so well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and had a real sense of comfort that made it feel just like home. Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. His responsiveness and care made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again on future trips, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family. Highly recommended! 🌟

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Hôte très accueillante, réactive peu importe l'heure, chaleureuse et surtout généreuse, elle nous a recommandé de superbes adresses ainsi que donné de très bons conseils, l'appartement est impeccable , parfait correspond à sa description, très bien sécurisé et on s'y sent comme chez soi. Climatisé et chauffé, nous avons adoré la résidence ainsi que la piscine souvent vide, nous avons bien profité de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons c'est sûr ! merci beaucoup meilleure hôte airbnb ☺️🙏🏼

Zeineb’s place was absolutely perfect. Had an amazing stay. The place was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean, comfy, in a perfect location and worth the price. Nothing negative to say about this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Zeineb was always responsive to the messages and left clear instructions regarding the check in. Will definitely come back here when I have the chance

The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.
