Hermoso departamento con excelente hubicacion. Amina es muy buena anfitriona, muy cordial y comprensible en horarios para check In y Check Out. Recomendado, de seguro vuelvo al departamento.

We had an amazing here to kick off our Bolivia trip in 2024. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our groups needs. Breathtaking views!!!

De primeira vista é incrível e limpo. Tem pontos a melhorar. Roupas de cama limpas, cheirosas. Quarto principal confortável, outro quarto não, colchão gastou. Tem poeira, atrás, embaixo dos móveis. Voo atrasou, tive dificuldades em falar, só respondeu pouco antes da chegada ao local. Ficamos angustiados. Ele estava lá, sem rosto amigável. Fomos para festas fim de ano e cozinhar mas não tem utensílios. Poucas panelas e talheres, sem refratários. Pedi e respondeu dias depois que tinha no forno. Já tinha visto e era pequeno. Apto silencioso. Janelas sem telas de proteção e baixas. Colocar travas de proteção, limpar melhor, ter utensílios. Responder qdo solicitado. O check-out 13h e exatas 13h chegou. Estávamos no fim de arrumar malas e limpar. Sim, deixamos limpo e arrumado. Ao invés de dar uns minutos entrou e ficou andando. Constrangedor. Devido a acidente de familiar pedi mais estadia e baixar um pouco valor pela gravidade da situação. Baixou 1 dólar. Fui a outro mais limpo e flexível.

Nous avons été accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nos hôtes nous ont même emmené en voiture jusqu'au supermarché le plus proche. l'appartement est top et bien équipé. Seule chose qui pourrait être amélioré : que le chauffage ai eu le temps de chauffer la pièce du haut avant notre arrivée, et prévoir peut-être un chauffage dans les autres chambres du bas😉

The place was great, clean. the host was excellent. I recommend this place for sure.

Beautiful and well kept condo, with lots of space. On chilly days the condo never felt cold. Public transportation is nearby. And the owners left plenty of recommendations on where to shop, where to eat and what to do. The pool and sauna rooms were kept clean. Only thing that bugged me was the gym, which wasn't really a gym. It was just 4 cardio machines, 2 which were not working and 1 kept making a weird sound when operating it. But the owners don't control the gym so that does not take away from the fact that this Airbnb is awesome place to stay.

Maravillo es departamento, amplio, limpio, utensilios para pasar el día de forma muuy cómoda, excelente la seguridad, muy agradecidos con César y David, 100% recomendable. Maria laura felicitaciones, es muy obvio que es lugar esta hecho con mucho amor.

Zona segura, agradable, con parking. Edificio con portero desde la mañana a la noche.

Excelente departamento! Muy amplio! Enorme, en realidad! Muy cómodo, con sauna y gimnasio. El sauna es excelente y todas las comodidades también! Las anfitrionas son encantadoras y amables, el departamento es muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo que uno necesita para sentirse como en casa, está en un condominio muy tranquilo para descansar, te dan recomendaciones para lugares donde comer o poder visitar.

We had a great stay at Adela’s apartment! It was cozy and felt like home. The heating was working well, it had hot shower, comfortable bed and Netflix. It was a walkable distance from the city center and it had some nice restaurants and a supermarket near. One minor thing, would be nice to have spatulas and better pans for cooking.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación y Yazz me dio todas las facilidades, incluso para dejar mi equipaje.

A acomodação da Nina é simplesmente excepcional. Localizada em uma região segura e tranquila, ela combina perfeitamente o sossego do bairro com a proximidade ao centro e a excelentes atrações, como a charmosa Praça Espanha. É fácil encontrar tudo o que você precisa caminhando pelas redondezas: restaurantes, terminal de teleférico, mercado, padaria e muito mais, tudo a poucos minutos de distância. A casa é extremamente aconchegante, equipada com aquecedores que garantem o conforto mesmo nos dias mais frios. Embora o apartamento não tenha uma área para lavar roupa, há uma lavanderia ao lado que oferece um serviço eficiente e barato. O que realmente faz a diferença, no entanto, é a hospitalidade impecável. Nina e Dona Ana Maria são incrivelmente acolhedoras, sempre prontas para ajudar e garantir que sua estadia seja perfeita. Recomendo com muita alegria!

The place felt much larger than it looked in the photos, and everything was already there, which was just amazing. I had a wonderful experience, even though I arrived a few hours late due to a flight delay—my host was still very cooperative and friendly. The amenities were clean, new, and very well maintained. On my next visit—and for anyone else looking for a stay in La Paz, Bolivia—I can confidently say this place is definitely worth the price. There is a taxi stand right outside, making transportation very convenient. The building also offers plenty of facilities, such as a money exchange, coffee shops with excellent food and service, a pharmacy, gift shops, makeup stores, ATMs, and souvenir shops. Just a two-minute walk away, there’s also a cinema and a huge mall with endless activities. Overall, I found that the location was very central, so getting anywhere didn’t take long.

There are great restaurants and tiendas nearby, making it easy to enjoy local food and pick up anything you need. Juan Carlos and his family genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family while enjoying a beautiful and comfortable stay, this is the place for you. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. This was more than just an Airbnb stay; it was an unforgettable experience.
