The location is ideal, you have everything around: public transport, shops, restaurants, etc. It also has day and night security which is very important. The apartment is warm and spacious with all the amenities. And one of the most wonderful things is the view. No matter which of the rooms you're in, you'll have dreamy views of La Paz. Communication with Veronica from the beginning was very cordial, friendly, and she was always ready to help with any questions. 100% recommended! I had an amazing stay here! I spent a month in the apartment and loved it. The place is modern, fully furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a great area, within walking distance of the city center, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, and more. The Wi-Fi is fast (around 100 Mbps) and very stable, I had no issues working or making video calls throughout my entire stay. As for the noise mentioned in other reviews, it really wasn’t a problem for me. It happens only occasionally during the day, most of the time the street is quiet, especially at night. Jorge is a fantastic host: communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommended! You really couldn’t ask for a better place.

Super duper super best

Very nice three bedroom apartment with a large open kitchen/living room/dining room area. There weren't a lot a restaurants close by and about a 4 or 5 block walk to the closest markets. Really nice nice place all in all and we enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed at the accommodation for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The place is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and very well-located. Very good option for 1 person or a couple. The bathroom is small (particularly the sink, due to its size and location it is somewhat uncomfortable to use) but nothing that prevents you from enjoying an excellent experience. The building's amenities on the 8th floor are noteworthy. I would definitely stay here again.

Federico’s place is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket. The apartment is spacious and well designed. A really useful information booklet was provided which I was grateful for. Federico is a great host and was friendly and quick to reply to any question. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was to return to Santa Cruz.
