Sfeervolle woning in historisch centrum

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Je kunt er vakantie vieren of in alle rust werken, ook voor langere tijd. De loft en de natuur zullen je helpen. Waar nu de zeer ruime woonkamer zich bevindt, stonden enkele jaren geleden de balen hooi en stro en de meterslange essenhouten fruitladders uitgestald tegen de eiken trossen. De Loft is 110 m2 groot en ligt aan de rand van het dorp 's-Gravenvoeren.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

't Appelke is een ruim vakantiehuisje geschikt voor 2 personen in het prachtige heuvelland. Dit vakantiehuisje is gebouwd in de oude melkveestal en heeft ruim uitzicht over onze camping en weilanden. Men heeft hier ook gratis wifi. Het bijbehorende terras is omheind; Dit appartement ligt op korte afstand van Maastricht, Valkenburg en Luik. Het MUMC+ en het MECC ligt op 15 auto minuten afstand. Daarnaast is het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers.

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.
