This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

The apartments are part of a monumental square farmhouse (1767) and are also suitable for a longer stay. The rent is based on a stay with 2 people. Our guests can use the garden with seating. There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated from the outside temperature above 20 degrees (in principle from April to November). The Jacuzzi is heated all year round. There is a common area and a small 1930s cafe, where you can have breakfast.

't Appelke Hof van Libeek with beautiful views

't Appelke is a spacious vacation cottage suitable for 2 people in the beautiful hills. This cottage is built in the old dairy barn and has a spacious view over our campsite and meadows. There is also free WiFi here. The adjoining terrace is fenced; This apartment is a short distance from Maastricht, Valkenburg and Liège. The MUMC+ and the MECC are 15 minutes away by car. In addition, it is an ideal base for hikers and cyclists.

It is located on the ground floor of a small building with 3 apartments and is secured by a surveillance camera installed in the common entrance hall. Its location is ideal with Herstal train station a 2-minute walk away and its proximity to the fiery city! Visit the center of Liège in 10-15 minutes by car to discover this multifaceted city!

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
