Casa Sibbe with beautiful view

A lovely sunny house (180 m2) with beautiful panoramic view. Casa Sibbe is the ideal point for lovers of tranquility, walking and biking with the proximity of the city. Located on walking distance from Valkenburg and near the Burgundian Maastricht. The sunny house is comfortable and warmly decorated, fully equiped and has a lovely garden with a spacious terrace. The property offers privacy and tranquility and is a warm and cozy environment for a wonderful holiday or weekend away. 2 bikes and 2 mountain bikes are available for free. Sibbe is unique because of the many limestone buildings and the last remaining underground quarry for the extraction of limestone for construction. Shopping in Burgundian Maastricht or just enjoying one of it's great terraces, it's just a 15 minutes drive from Sibbe. Valkenburg is within walking distance which is perfect for a nice night out fun. Also a visit to Thermae 2000 (spa on the Cauberg) from Casa Sibbe is very easy to achieve. A day with the kids at Amusement Park De Valkenier or the indoor swimmingpool the Polfermolen. It is all nearby. 50 mt. of the house is the entrance to the marl caves (ASP), which via a spiral staircase descends to 50 mt. Tip: book in advance. Walkers can pick it up here. From the property one walks directly into nature. The house is also ideally located for a visit to Belgium or Germany. And for cyclists / bikers an ideal place at the top of the Daelhemerweg.and near the Cauberg. The layout of the house is as follows: Living room of 35 m2 with natural light and doors to the delightful garden. Fireplace with sofa and 4 easy chairs. Separate dining area with long table. Widescreen TV, CD player, DVD player, internet, WIFI. CDs, DVDs and books. Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, a large Smeg cooker (5 gas burners) with oven, a large Bosch fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. From the kitchen the garden is accesible and in the scullery you find a washing machine, dryer and microwave. The beautiful bathroom of 15 m2 is on 1st floor and has a lovely bath to relax, separate shower, large washbasin and a toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (25m2) is located on the 1st floor. Large bright bedroom with a large twin bed (180 cm-200 cm), flat screen TV with wooden floor, big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and windows looking out on the backyard with incredible panoramic views. The second bedroom with wooden floor has 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm). The room is approximately 15 m2 with lots of light, large wardrobe and a nice desk with a printer. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in the price. 2 bikes and 2 mountain bikes are available for free. Free parking. There is an option for more people on request. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for wood-fired sauna, Stereo system and Netflix subscription, 2 refrigerator cabinets with freezer compartment. An interesting fact: this vacation home was featured in the TV show 'BinnensteBuiten'. We have official rental license!

The apartment is in the converted marl barn, behind our house. The apartment has its own garden. It is a sustainable apartment with heat pump and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a covered bicycle shed. Ingber is located in the heart of the Heuvelland, with hiking and biking trails. At 200 meters away, you can take the bus to Maastricht or Aachen. Our animals (dog, cat, horses, donkeys, chickens and a rooster) welcome you. Pets are therefore not welcome.

Come and enjoy the whole family or group of friends at this rural accommodation near Maastricht. You rent out the whole building. (private) It used to be a cowshed and has now been converted into a luxury stay. You will find the old elements from 1900 with the modern luxury in the present. We provide breakfast for you, you can book our sauna and there are plenty of opportunities to play (trampolines) and relax in the garden, play games inside and enjoy the view of Belgium.

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are 2 bedrooms with both a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very convenient to the MECC (5 minutes / car), Maastricht University ( 5 minutes) and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

House overlooking hill country!

We are happy to rent you our nice, detached house. It's a real case of both worlds. From the house and the roof terrace you have a direct view of the beautiful hill country and so you also leave within a few seconds for a wonderful walk in the Savelsbos. But you also cycle into the center of Maastricht within 15 minutes and enjoy all that city life has to offer. Feel free to use our cargo bike. Public transportation in front of the door. Be welcome!
