Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes) and the old city center of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (6.60 p.d.)

By the Hut

The apartment is in the converted marl barn, behind our house. The apartment has its own garden. It is a sustainable apartment with heat pump and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a covered bicycle shed. Ingber is located in the heart of the Heuvelland, with hiking and biking trails. At 200 meters away, you can take the bus to Maastricht or Aachen. Our animals (dog, cat, horses, donkeys, chickens and a rooster) welcome you. Pets are therefore not welcome.

In Eijsden itself everything can be found within walking distance: from restaurants, cafes, picturesque streets, terraces, castles, nature, water fun, to a complete shopping center. Parties are not allowed. Silence after Midnight.

We are delighted to rent out our nice, detached house to you. A real case of best of both worlds. From the house and the roof terrace, you have a direct view of the beautiful hills and you can also leave within seconds for a lovely walk in the Savelsbos. But you can also cycle into the center of Maastricht within 15 minutes and enjoy all that city life has to offer. Feel free to use our bicycles and cargo bike. Public transportation is right at the door. Be welcome!

You can enjoy a lounged and children can play and play soccer. The house has a warm look with a lovely living room. The kitchen is enormously spacious and equipped with everyone, and you will not miss anything. Through the sliding door you live both inside and outside!

A cozy rural cottage located in a big garden behind our house. The ideal base for hikers and cyclists who want to explore the Heuvelland! But if you want to visit cities Maastricht is 9 km, Valkenburg 9 km and Aachen and Liège within 25 km. The Huuske is rural in a small village so for shops and the like you have to be 3 to 4 km away.
