This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! May 2025: The Toyo oil stove has recently been examined and adjusted to respond to a few guests who have mention a fuel smell. While not dangerous, a blocked air exchange vent created an unpleasant smell. All resolved now! ** At times during the winter, AWD or 4WD is REQUIRED.

I have stayed in several spots throughout Alaska and the US and this was by far my favorite. Jonathan's place is stocked with every amenity you could need. Extra blankets and pillows, shampoo, conditioner, loads of towels, spices, bug spray, coffee and cream, and more! Plenty of everything to make your trip easy and wonderful. I also really appreciated his proactive communication so I knew exactly how to get there, how to get in, how to work the wifi well ahead of my trip without having to ask anything. This is a wonderful booking for families or a group of friends. The hot tub was a bonus too!

Everything was perfectly cleaned & seemed like brand new! Was a perfect place to stay & would highly recommend it!

The kitchenette features a stainless steel fridge, microwave, and a water cooler positioned beside a small white cabinet. A dining table with dark wood surfaces is set for two. Decorative glassware and a framed art piece adorn the wall above, complemented by soft lighting from pendant fixtures.
