The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

The kitchen is fully equipped, comfortable beds and a large cuddly sofa make the stay cozy at any time of the year.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Enjoy the 75 sqm rooftop terrace with a beach chair or relax in the shared garden with sandbox – perfect for couples or small families.

Our former farm is located directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route and about 800 meters from the beach. We offer accommodation for your own use with a separate entrance, including 2 single beds, table & 2 chairs, TV, bathroom, hallway, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a rich breakfast on request. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

Our cozy 12 sqm guest house is equipped with two sofa beds (140 x 200), fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are provided. The cabin is insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. The bathroom in the annex is 15 m away. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.

MY FAVORITE ROOM is an apartment with a private shower room. Wonderfully located in a large garden, directly adjacent to our house, ground floor apartment with terrace and beach chair. Comfortably furnished, cozy room with Wi-Fi, TV and comfortable box spring bed. Kitchenette with "delicious" Nespresso.

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
