Despite the central location (bus to the city center and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away), it is quiet in the apartment, as it is located in a rear building. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

The apartment is equipped with, among other things, 600 Mbit fiber optic internet (LAN and WiFi) and a 32" TV by the bed with a FireTV stick (Amazon Prime and Netflix included). In front of the flat is a small garden area with two chairs and a table for your exclusive use. Several train, tram and bus services stop within walking distance. There is also a supermarket (120 metres away), a bakery and a variety of cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
