Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The apartment was only completed in 2022 and welcomes you on approx. 170 square meters with a large living and dining area, an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 separate bedrooms. From the spacious living area with high ceiling, open truss and the glazed Tennentor (Grod Dör) you can look at the village square.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a former restaurant. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. A maximum of 4 people can stay at the Apartment. If required, a travel baby bed and an Ikea high chair can be provided. When the weather is nice, you can always enjoy the numerous places garden.... A coal grill is also available by arrangement.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Seedorf is a small idyllic village with 10 houses. The apartment is located on a farm - a paradise for children. The lake is within walking distance in 2 minutes. Linens and towels are included in the price.
