A 2 person booking allows access to the main house only (King bed), the studio (Queen bed) will only be opened on request. A 3-4 person booking will allow access to the main house and studio at an additional cost. Within short walking distance you will find the Kruger Park fence.

Had an amazing time! The house is in the most beautiful place, with stunning views all around. Balcony has a beautiful view, especially at sunrise as well as the mountains behind. Adolf is incredibly hospitable and helpful with local recommendations. The house is even more impressive than the photos! Ideal location for exploring Blyde River Canyon. Was an amazing time away!

The house is absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home. It had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful. The views were breathtaking with some animals coming right to the doorstep. We loved this place and enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend.

I was worried that the house wouldn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures, but wow, it was even better in person. It is a stunning place. Open plan and beautiful, it brought the outside in. It was peaceful and animals happily wandered past. The stars at night were just insane!! It’s in a really great spot, but also close to amenities. Will definitely be back!!

Fine house, thoughtful and very helpful hosts. Decent kitchen and braii, good wine glasses - these are the things that matter! The wildlife visiting the deck was a treat - feeding kudu from a bucket, zebra from the hand - carefully… For those who don’t know Marloth Park, it’s a large, secure, gated estate. Walking after dark is discouraged because there’s a small risk from predators, not crime…. Two supermarkets, butchers and the pub are a minute’s drive away. Hope to make a repeat visit soon.

Bergsalie is the perfect home away from home. The location is superb, peaceful and private with the added bonus of being able to enjoy visits from the local wildlife. The accommodation itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, ensuring your stay is seamless. Anmari is the perfect host, communicated instructions clearly and very flexible to our needs. We will definitely be booking with Anmari for our next visit.
