きれい！ 洗濯機あり！（つかってないけど） カトラリー（皿・スプーンなど）あり！ ウォッシュレット！ ドライヤー、シャンプー類あり！ 冷蔵庫大きいし冷える！ テレビでかい！ リビングの談話スペース最高！ ベッドはなく布団です。 自分でシーツ、カバー取り付けをしないといけないのが疲れた状態で入って酷でした(T-T) 道が細すぎて、6人乗り以上のロングの車は曲がれるのかな？入れないよな？という道の前にありました。荷物が多かったのと子供が2人いたので運んだりするのが大変でした。（ただ記載にあったので仕方がないと思って予約しました。） 歩いてすぐにあった海沿いの温泉が安くてロケーション最高でした！夜は真っ暗ですが、ビーチ眺めながらの朝風呂は最高でした！ また愛媛に行った時はお願いします(^○^)

很難描述這個房源的獨特和完美，我們一定會在不同的季節再回來。也推薦到四國旅行一定要住在這裡。

Our stay at Yoshiko's house was great from start to finish. Prior to my arrival she provided information and helped me set up things to do while in Iwakuni. She greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the home and all its amenities. House is clean and has modern fixtures. Grocery store to pick up food was in easy walking distance. Home has a peaceful inner garden space. House is within walking distance of Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge. Yoshiko helped us get a taxi home from a rural restaurant when we were unable to obtain one ourselves. Her husband took our luggage to the train station when we left. Yoshiko and her husband provided an exceptional experience that we won't forget. I hope to come back some day.

If you want an authentic experience of living in a Japanese house and don't mind the retro feel, this is the place. It's a beautiful place full of little details that make the stay a joy. Everything that we needed was provided and the owner was very friendly and polite. The communication was also great and there were no problems at all during our stay. Oh and the dog (forgot to ask for its name) was sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Yamashita-san's place.

This is the most amazing place I've ever stayed, it was such a beautiful and well thought out home, every detail was curated and the design & architecture of the home is unmatched! Such an amazing view and so many small touches that made us feel like we were in a luxury resort! Amazing home in an incredible location I hope I can stay here again someday!

Airbnbアプリのチャットで案内された休憩所に向かうと、途中までホストが迎えにきてくださっておりスムーズに入室ができました。 お部屋も広く清潔で田舎の祖父母の家のように寛ぐことができました。 島の方々も程よくお声掛け頂き、大変リラックスして滞在期間を過ごすことが出来ました。また必ず来ます。

This place was awesome and even though I was a solo traveller I used all the rooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals (even proper knives) and the bathroom/ shower was spacious and clean. Ryoko was a terrific host. She was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful in every way. This was the best value place I think I have ever stayed in, across 3 countries. If you do not cope well with steep stairs (about 10, I think) then you won't like this place. My legs got a good workout using them. Great views from the top floor. Many thanks.

Really an amazing stay. The room is just like a dream, with such beautiful furniture and everything you may need for your stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend to get also a massage! I felt very relaxed and in peace :)

거울은 없는거 빼곤 다 좋았음

部屋は綺麗で、屋上付きの空間は楽しかった。次は晴れの日に満喫したい。 アメニティとして歯ブラシがない事の記載が欲しかった、前泊者と思われる飲み物が冷蔵庫にあった事が少し残念。その他は大満足。

房東禮貌有善，回覆迅速，指示清晰，地方清幽。我會推薦給朋友。

I had a wonderful stay. The area was very peaceful and the recommended restaurants were good. Would definitely visit again.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location was peaceful, convenient and close to many shops. Host’s check in instructions were very clear

Very clean, bright unit downtown. Close enough to walk to the impressive Matsuyama Castle and the Okaido shopping street (which includes a great Food Hall) plus convenient access to city trams to reach other sights such as Dogo Onsen. Comfortable beds, good towels and linens. As a host Kentaro was very responsive to any communications in English, which we appreciated. The kitchen is basic but serviceable for light meals and straightforward food preparation. The size of the unit does not allow for a dining table, but there is a very comfortable large couch and coffee table which served well for breakfast and which is the better choice for the space. Both sleeping rooms connect directly to kitchen/living area, making them private. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chairs. The bathroom, toilet and sink areas were very clean. We did not use the washing machine. Overall a great stay.

房子位于地铁站500米以内，坐车十分钟能到松山站，虽然离大道街有两公里左右，由于松山整体不大，还是非常方便～值得一提的是房间设备和清洁度都非常令人满意，也比较宽敞，早晨阳光非常好，非常开心度过了樱花季愉快的两日！

とにかく安い。 ドミトリーに泊まるならここにした方が良い。 ラブホテルより安い。 しかも、日曜市等のところから近い。 駅までも歩いて行ける距離。

新しく清潔感がある宿だった。観光地へのアクセスも抜群で、周辺の飲食店に困ることは無い。ここに泊まれば間違いない。 近辺の温泉へ無料で入れるクーポンもありサービスも良い。 価格は気持ち高めなこと、床が非常に冷たいこと、空気が乾燥しているが手軽な加湿器が備わっていない、の3点以外は文句の付け所が無い。

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to Kochi Castle and Hirome Market

4人グループで宿泊しました。 街中のビジネスホテルを4室で泊まるとなるとかなり高額になってしまいますが、こちらの宿でリーズナブルに泊まれました。 リビングルームは清潔で広さも十分でした。ゆっくりくつろぐことができ、会話が弾みました。 宿の前に神社があることも良かったです。早朝お参りするととても清々しい気分になれました。 楽しい高知旅行ができました。ありがとうございました^_^

はりまや橋から歩いてすぐの立地にあリ、隣が駐車場なのも助かりました。部屋はとんでもなく広く、家具やインテリアに安っぽいものがない。ベッドやキッチン、洗面所、バスルームも清潔でした。人数の変更を直前にお願いしましたが、電話一本で済みました。ベッドが６台もあって金額的にもリーズナブルなので、エアビーでこれ以上のクオリティーの物件はなかなか見つからないと思います！

高知駅や飲食店、市場、観光スポットが歩いて行ける距離にあり、立地がとても良いです。 自家用自動車で行って、有料駐車場も近くにたくさんあり便利でしたし、アンパンマンミュージアムも車で４５分くらいで行くことができて、楽しく過ごすことができました。 徒歩１０分くらいの旅館の温泉にも無料で入らせて頂けて、露天風呂などが素晴らしく、有り難かったです。 室内は広くて綺麗で、必要なものは揃っていて、２人の幼児にも安全な造りで、２泊３日の滞在中、快適に居心地良く過ごせました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトが驚くほどスムーズに行えて、案内も分かりやすくて、困ったりすることもありませんでした。 楽しい高知旅行でした。 ありがとうございました。

Smack in the middle of the city centre, plenty of shopping on walking distance, clean apartment and good shower.
