The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways accessible in less than 15 min. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Welcome to an old bread oven, between the Dordogne Valley and the Auvergne volcanoes. Fully restored and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, barbecue, sun loungers for the garden. Ideal for a couple and a child or another adult (sofa bed). Lover of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom picking. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash
