The owner lives on the ground floor of the two-storey building, while the upper floor, which is accessed by an external staircase, is an apartment. The accommodation unit has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The bedrooms can accommodate 2-2 people on a 180x200 cm double bed, so the total capacity is 4 people.
