The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.

I rent a two-room apartment located in a residential block in Eforie Nord. The usable area of the apartment is 70(m square) being divided as follows: balcony, open space living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bedroom with sea view. The apartment rental offers parking place, video surveillance, gym and terrace above the entire block. The apartment is placed 400 meters from the Bay of Fishermen and  500 meters from the beach of Steaua de Mare.
