Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. Our Airbnb is located in the neighborhood Sint Jacobs in the center off Ghent. The appartement is on the first floor, where there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen with acces to an roof terrace, a little bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. On the second floor you find a sleeping room with integrated bathroom and separated toilet. The appartement is very light-full and decorated with taste.

Hello, and welcome to L'atique by Agelandkaai(.be) Occupancy taxes and fees is sadly a new tax of 12% imposed by one of our many governments, the rest is the 7€ City Tax a night, for each guest. A parking place comes at 7€ a day, which is 200m from our house. Normally you pay 24€ a day.
