Fully fenced backyard. -Tastefully decorated to be a cozy home base while you stay and explore all the area has to offer - Calgary, Cochrane, Waiparous, Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff and more! You will be more than comfortable for your stay! -Fresh linens, towels, & bathroom toiletries provided. -Keurig coffee & tea -Private stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Any extra amenities to make your stay comfortable? Just ask! Brand new neighborhood in most west facing area of Cochrane which means unobstructed views of the mountains. The lower suite is in the west-facing area of Cochrane which means unobstructed views and easy access to the surrounding nature. Go for a picturesque hike through nearby trails and enjoy the delicious restaurants and local shops in town nearby. World class skiing, hiking, fishing, mountain climbing, SUP in area Float down or fish in Bow River (5 min from house) 5 min to Ghost Lake Provincial Park - fishing and sailing 15 min drive to C-train (LRT) (Crowfoot Station) that will take you downtown Calgary. 30 min to Kananaskis & Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino (which is base to set off for many day trips including white water rafting). 45 min drive to Canmore / Banff area. 35 min from YYC airport. Perfectly in between the many exciting things to do in the city of Calgary and amazing outdoors of Kananaskis and Canmore / Banff. Less than 18 km away from Waiparous (11 000 hectares of public use land park with logging roads - aka a mountain playground) You won't find a better base to explore for your stay! Free Parking on street directly in front of house. Public transportation is very limited. It is recommended that you have a car to get around with.
