Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf are amazing. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! This condo sleeps 4 comfortably. Age requirement 25 Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.
