The Swan Valley and Yanchep National Park are only 25 minutes drive away. Crown Casino also 25 minutes and Edgewater train station a 4 minute drive to travel into bustling Perth. Apartment comes with a new full kitchen with everything you’d need for your time here, plus an addition door to the bathroom for extra privacy and block out curtains in bedroom/lounge.

1 Bedroom unit with separate lounge/dining, kitchenette/Laundry, bathroom, toilet and TV. Kitchenette only has microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, possibly only suitable for two weeks max. Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.
