What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

Speechless, a super complete apartment with everything you need to feel at home, everything is clean and well organized, much larger than in the photos, it surprised us. Also, the calmness of the building, well-educated and prepared employees, host Carlos Alberto is a very good and attentive person, always ready to answer any questions, I will definitely come back, I highly recommend it.

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Impeccable apartment, everything clean and organized and has everything you need, the condominium is also very good, polite and helpful doormen, close to the beach, market on the back street and has everything, the condominium also has a grocery store inside which saved us a few times! Hassan was wonderful from the beginning, answered all questions and stayed in touch until the end of the stay, we look forward to returning!!

The apartment is cozy, well located because it is close to large supermarkets and two blocks from the beach, the concierge service is excellent, the doormen are always attentive when opening the garage and concierge gates, the condominium staff are all very polite. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL !!!!!! IT WAS WORTH IT, WE ARE INTERESTED IN RETURNING TO THE PROPERTY.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Well, our experience at Renata's apartment was wonderful, the photos don't show the surreal beauty that is the view, we were all delighted, the apartment has everything, we all felt at home, the rooms are very comfortable, we slept very well, even my 6-month-old niece had a great time, as the apartment has baby support, the apartment has everything both in the kitchen and in everything, it is very complete, spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium has a lot of leisure, We really enjoyed the barbecue and the gym. I saw a lot of comments that said you had to walk a lot, but it's not true because the elevators take us where we want to go, and we could even go by car. I only have compliments for my stay at Renata's apartment, and Renata was an excellent hostess, very polite, kind, always supporting us in everything we needed. The beach is very close and has all the support of chairs and umbrellas, which made it very easy. I loved it so much and I will definitely come back. I ❤️ recommend it

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great stay, everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning saved us, because it was really hot. The host was very nice, gave the necessary support and tips on beaches and places to go. Very close to the beach, about 2 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a market downstairs, which makes it easier if you need anything! Everything excellent!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of São Paulo with comfort and convenience.
