Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. The beach is inside the condominium, it takes 5 minutes on foot , or the condominium itself has a jeep that goes to and from the beach with guests. The condominium puts sunshine on the beach for all condominium members. On the beach there is a restaurant that serves snacks and drinks on the beach. Check out my guests' comments. View from the terrace of the apartment. You can't use the sauna or the ballroom or the gym of the building.
