Great location and price for this area of town.

My stay was a delight. The place is super cute and exactly as described/depicted. I enjoyed walking along the bay every day -got in many more steps than usual! I'm someone who works out daily and it was super convenient to have an F45 studio ten blocks away (I walked each day) and the Body Electric yoga studio (highly recommend) on 30th street. I didn't have a car for much of the time so this was convenient. I also walked downtown a lot and it's a very pleasant walk. Trader Joe's is literally a five minute walk as is a Fresh Market. Trying to share how convenient it is - but most of all, it's a wonderful location in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! This waterfront property is in a fantastic location right on Coffee Pot BLVD. The walkway along the water is right next to the manatees and the charming white pergola and public dock are great as well. Drinking coffee each morning on the patio was our favorite part of this home. We also loved the kitchen and the fireplace on those chilly mornings! Our family stayed here for an extended time (10 weeks) and everything we needed was taken care of. The space was perfect for cooking, and the little gym area was used everyday! If you stay here, you will fall in love with St. Pete! Definitely recommend!

Ayaiza was an awesome host. Responded quickly and accommodated our request for early check in. The place was spotlessly clean, the whole apartment smell great. Equipped with coffee and tea, she even stocked the fridge with cold water bottles at no charge. She went above and beyond and provided quarters for laundry and laundry detergent. The closet was fully stocked with bath towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. This is THE BEST Airbnb experience that we have ever received. 100% recommending this place. Super close to St. Petersburg downtown but without the loud and crowded atmosphere, very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect get away for 2.
