New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

For those who want to stay unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses on the farm and access to our own jetty. You love the proximity to stunning scenery, hiking trails or discovering your own trails. You appreciate having access to a small rowing boat and being able to take a dip in the lake. Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100m to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with a barn, herbre, stalls, fence yard and a sauna and a jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees.
