Monthly Rentals in Edajima Island

Mark and Mae are excellent host with very good English. This made communicate easy, they helped us when needed to work with other as our Japanese is very basic. They were thoughtful, helpful and tried hard to make sure we were comfortable. The place is as described and peaceful. We enjoy sitting in the morning sun in the white chairs and walking the neighborhood. Great stay!

Yuto is such a warm host! The house has everything and is spotless. It is spacious and comfortable inside and has a charming garden. We borrowed Yuto's bicycles to go around the neighborhood. We rode along the river and the fields, and visited a few shrines in the mountains, and I was not surprised if I met Totoro. Everywhere is so beautiful, and locals are very friendly. I got a flat tire at some point, and Yuto came to my rescue immediately, which was so nice of him. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it if you love nature and want something authentic away from the city.

An amazing and comfortable stay at Hiroaki’s North River hotel! Bar Astra downstairs has the friendliest bar owner with an amazing gaming setup with a PS5, Nintendo Switch, board games and billiards! Spent two of our three nights hanging out with Kien and playing games while drinking with an all you can drink program! The hotel itself is easily accessible and nearby the peace memorial park and Hiroshima Castle, and not far from public transport and a variety of amazing restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Very well restored Japanese house with plenty of space and substantially equipped kitchen. Definitely recommended!
