A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Thanks again to Willy, who was kind, welcoming, helpful and flexible with our group. The house is sublime, functional and warm, and all the services are beyond what we expected. We all agreed that the house was better in real life than in the photos! Amazing stay!

We enjoyed the nice house that was equipped with all comforts with our family. It is truly a family home. The huge plus is the beautiful large garden and the beautiful view of the Seine! We used the canoes and sub boards. The train station is within walking distance and very cheap to travel to Paris. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to come back again Esther!

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

We stayed 5 days and were very comfortable. The only drawback is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. Otherwise, everything is great. It's less than 5 minutes from the subway. The street has many lively restaurants, about 10 minutes away on foot.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

Great location (so close to the Metro, shops, parks etc), clean and spacious for an apartment of this style. It was on a main street but with the double glaze windows and blockout blinds this wasn’t an issue at night really. Would stay again!

I stayed here with my family and we loved the place. It's a nice neighborhood and a great place to stay. Frederique was lovely and gave good recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood and in Paris.

You can go to various subway lines in just 10 minutes on foot. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up with your luggage. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. The Eiffel Tower is next to it, so you can't see it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a nice place to spend time comfortably.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Luxury home, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether indoors or outdoors. Fabrice is a host who is easy to communicate with and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!
