The private studio features new amenities, a marble walk-in rain shower, vintage décor, pops of color, contrasting textures, unique artwork, and views over the reservoir and foothill mountains. The $400 cleaning fee includes a weekly cleaning, fresh linens and clean towel service.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
