Come and discover the charm of the Angevin countryside in this pretty house made of wooden beams and exposed stone walls that give it a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house has a comfortable living room with an equipped kitchenette, a double bed as well as a bathroom with toilet adjoining the bedroom. You can easily explore the area, its castles, its villages of character and take beautiful walks in the heart of nature. Linens and towels included.

I offer a mezzanine bedroom with miller's ladder access, with small storage for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. A sofa, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, some kitchen accessories for cooking, microwave and Senseo coffee maker, TV with basic channels and WiFi available. The accommodation is close to the city center of the town and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.
