The accommodation is attached to our house, it is accessible by a staircase of 6 or 7 steps. It is ideal for two persons, or also if you are traveling alone! The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment (gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishes, dishwashing liquid, household products, tea / tea bags). You will find a 140*190 bed for 2 people, as well as a travel cot for children under 3 years if needed (with comfortable mattress). We provide towels and sheets. Smoking is not allowed inside the studio (on the terrace, it is allowed) Please note that you have to go through our garden to access the studio. Nevertheless, our garden is private. Vianne is a magnificent bastide whose ramparts are well preserved. In the summer, the gourmet markets take place every friday evening, It set the mood! We are 12 minutes away from the beautiful town of Nérac, and are 10 minutes drive from the town of Buzet where you can find an excellent choice of wine in the area with vineyards. Agen is 25 minutes away (as well as walygator park). If you want to visit the Gers, it is also 25 min away. If you want to swimm, The Lake of Damazan is 10min by car, Lake Casteljaloux (with many activities) 25min (or its large municipal swimming pool). The Lud'o Parc in Nérac (12 min), or the swimming pool of Condom at 25min. We have two cats, they will maybe come and meet you. We sometimes make dogsitting.

We’ve renovated this cozy house as you'll always feel like you're on vacation, in a quiet, secluded spot, nestled on a deckchair under the elegant olive tree in the patio. An invitation for cocooning! Discover the charm of the past with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, fiber optics, etc.). (Please note: steep stairs. Not suitable for young children)

Lakeside house - Marciac

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Charming little holiday home within walking distance for all amenities, our favourite being the local boulangerie for your morning croissant! In the spring/summer this town comes alive with incredible festivals and bustling night markets. In the winter take the time to breathe in the history of the area, sip coffee on the local terraces, visit the local vineyards and enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding rolling countryside. The area is famous for armangac, D'Artagnan and foie gras.

Stylish 2 bed gite with courtyard, pool & hot tub

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining.   Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.
