Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

A perfect four bed one bath upper apartment located near the bike trail and with access to all of the downtown amenities . Newly renovated, clean, and cute. This four bedroom unit can sleep six and has plenty of room for your group to enjoy Eau Claire. Two of the bedrooms are on the smaller size and contain twin beds. The other two bedrooms each have full size beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for preparing your meals and snacks.

Adam’s house made us feel very at home. Cozy, comfortable and clean was the best way to describe Adam’s house. We took a beautiful walk across the river on the old railroad bed and got to stroll along the water. I would recommend a stay by Adams house.

I can’t say enough good about this place. We have stayed here twice now and it’s just the most beautiful spot, pristine and clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and utensil you would need to cook anything you want. The beds were comfy and the house was nice and cool. It also has the most beautiful views and walking path down to the creek. Coty was wonderful to work with and was very responsive if we needed anything. Truly a perfect place to get away and relax.

The house had everything my friends and I needed for a reunion weekend--great location, ample space and parking, and interconnected apartments so we could have communal and individual spaces. The apartments were extremely clean and checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect. From the sandy beach, and great house layout to the well-stocked kitchen. We met as a family with children ages 6 months to 60, and there was something for everyone. You can watch or play in the river's beauty, but you can also reach downtown specialty stores, a wide variety of restaurants, big box stores, wonderful trails, and parks all within minutes. Thankful for Jaci's quick response - she was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this lodging!

We would rate this 6 stars if we could! This recently renovated farm house was stunning. The fully stocked kitchen was such a wonderful place to cook and gather. The bedrooms were so comfortable and it was a bonus that each family had their own bathroom. The front porch was so comfortable to kick back on while we watched the kiddos play in the yard. Evenings by the fire were so peaceful. We loved the proximity to the river, bike trails and amenities in downtown Eau Claire. Thanks for such a memorable stay, Denni!

Mary was extremely responsive when we needed something or had questions! To our surprise, we were upgraded to a bigger unit for our stay, and we LOVED the place. Everything was as listed, and the bed was super comfortable, along with the blankets provided! We will definitely stay here again if we travel to the area!
