It is super convenient to everything in town and located in Cuscowilla Country Club, a gated community. The home features a great space to prepare a wonderful meal or cook outside on the Traeger Grill. A max dock is perfect for using our 2 kayaks, walk in swimming access, fishing, dog park, community garden and miles of walking & biking trails. You can dock your boat with us!

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
