This listing is for the upper portion of the Rolling Road Retreat, with space for up to 9 guests to sleep comfortably across 4 beds and a futon. You will share a door with the lower studio, lockable from both sides. Combine with the studio below for a party of up to 12.

The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

Urban homesteading in Carrboro

Chickens, garden, bee hive, pottery studio, woodworking shop, full kitchen, fabulous bathroom, private screen porch - a hidden oasis in the center of Carrboro. Our guest house is tucked behind our house on a bus line to UNC, walking distance to The Cat’s Cradle, the farmer’s market, and downtown. You will be welcomed by our two Cattle Dogs, and maybe some of our five cats (none allowed in the guest house). The house sleeps four in two cozy queen-sized bedrooms. Access to a Tesla charger.
