This Airbnb is in a great location and I would definitely come back when visiting DC in the future! It was fully stocked with essentials and it was a very comfortable stay.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Uche’s place exceeded our expectations! The building and unit were clean and quiet, with all amenities as listed. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches! If we had forgotten anything, he had already thought of it! He provided robes, slippers, and a large umbrella for inclement weather in addition to a comprehensive digital reference for the unit and local spots. We would recommend to anyone visiting Alexandria!

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Staying at Daniel & James’ place was an absolute delight from start to finish. The impeccably designed space is thoughtfully laid out, intentionally decorated, and organized. Every detail reflected their intentionality, making it welcoming: spotless, serene, and a perfect home base for our long weekend. We had a rough time getting there due to some street closures, but Daniel was a literal lifesaver. From the moment we reached out, he was responsive, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Between helping us navigate hiccups and our many questions along the way, we always felt supported and cared for. That level of attentiveness sets the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the many highlights was our interactions with the paw-sitively adorable Celine, who was so sweet, friendly, and clearly the unofficial welcome committee. Frankly, she nailed it!! Our group has already decided on our next visit to DC, we'd like to stay here again. Hang on, Celine, we're bringing treats!

Beautiful property - everything was just as advertised and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet, private location with gorgeous views. The hosts were exceptional - very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating to any possible need. We were delighted to find the house so beautifully decorated for Christmas. My mom, sisters, friends and I enjoyed a relaxing fun filled time at the Coastal Oasis at the Chesapeake for our Mother's Day Retreat. The view is amazing and truly can be seen from every room in the house! Being able to see the beauty and calmness of the water helped each of us kick back and let the stress melt away. The big dinning room table allowed all of us all to enjoy breakfasts, dinners and touching conversations together. My guests loved the décor and raved about every detail. The beds and furniture were comfortable and house clean. I would definitely come back!

The home is beautiful and Matt is an awesome host! Made traveling with our infant much easier.

Marissa’s place is always amazing. As usual, the house was very clean and equipped with everything a family with kids would need. We cooked multiple meals and had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. The extra refrigerator upstairs came in handy for leftovers. The playroom and garage were packed with toys and games for kids of all ages. Marissa has truly thought of everything. Downtown St. Michael’s is only a short drive away and well worth the visit. We look forward to returning again soon!

This place is amazing. We loved it and will be coming back soon. Jo was amazing and very responsive. Jo answered all text with questions we had and made our trip amazing. I recommend anyone looking for a peaceful water front getaway choose this house you won’t regret it. Very amazing place and host.

The perfect mom and teen boy getaway! The house is on the water with gorgeous sunsets and super clean! My boys attempted fishing daily even without any luck. Altho we didn't kayak because of the choppy water, its great location (there's a ladder at the private pier or a public launch a few yards away) We cooked and ate in a few nights and also enjoyed a local spot on the water (The Narrows). The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed a visit to the Chesapeake Environmental center (abt a 12 min drive) which was a hidden treasure. The Chesapeake Outdoors (recommended by our host Jeremiah) was a great find for bait and info from the locals. Morning coffee on the patio and evening sunsets on the pier were some of my favorites, along with the spacious open floor plan (yet privacy with bedrooms). Jeremiah was super responsive and kind! We'll be back to kayak, fish more, enjoy the hot tub coming soon, the serenity and gorgeous sunsets! (maybe we'll even bring dad -LOL)

Peaceful Point was incredible and should be the standard that all other rentals follow. The home was well-stocked, organized and cozy, and I was blown away by the thought that went into preparations for guests. The furniture is well maintained and comfortable, the linens soft and clean, and the kitchen was filled with a variety of helpful items unlike the typical haphazard collection of damaged pots, pans and dishes--at Peaceful Point everything was of good quality and seemed to be purchased specifically for that home. The surrounding property was the epitome of peace and quiet, though activities like kayaking and paddleboarding kept everyone entertained. The local wildlife was plentiful and had us endlessly fascinated. Last but not least, our host Joanna was so helpful and proactive in her communications. She should teach a class on hospitality as she's clearly an expert! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, our family will cherish these memories always--hope to visit again soon!

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!
