This was my second stay — not because I got lost the first time, but because Katherine’s place is just that good. Comfortable, spotless, and hosted with care. If consistency were an Olympic sport, she’d be on the podium.

I had booked the place for a group of us attending a business convention. Claudia was amazing at accommodating all our requests. The house was beautiful and even better than in pictures. it was lovely indoors and outdoors. The location is great with Walmart and Costco minutes away, also has good restaurants close by. Claudia is an amazing host and has a beautiful story of why she started doing Airbnb. if you are looking for a home away from home in San Diego this is it!!

The house was clean, lots of towels and Jesus was very responsive. The house is next to the freeway so a bit loud.

Wonderful place. Very comfortable. Great location. Some road noise in the back yard, but it is so enjoyable that you don't even notice it. The kitchen is very well appointed. Love cooking and made most of our meals at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Appartement exactement comme sur les photos. Luis très communicatif et réactif. Entrée autonome facilité. Appartement très bien équipés dans un endroit calme. Le jardin avec les jeux d’extérieurs sont très appréciables. 2/3 petits points d’amélioration sans importance, mettre un vrai rideaux dans la chambre pour éviter la lumière le matin, il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de bain nous avons du les trouver nous même dans une armoire, quelques toutes petites taches sur les rideaux de douches et certains murs de la maison.

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

We’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and Luis and Wade’s place was the BEST one we’ve ever stayed in! The location is in a very walkable, safe, and convenient part of San Diego (Hillcrest). The unit was spotlessly clean, with all that we needed to feel comfortable- extra blankets, charging spots galore, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc). Although we didn’t get the chance to take full advantage of the zen garden, Wade does an amazing job of maintaining it! The laundry facilities were super convenient to have for our 5 day trip. We will absolutely be returning on our next trip to San Diego! The neighborhood is very quiet! The garage was a tight fit but manageable in our mid-size rental so don’t lose hope if it seems like it won’t fit! We had the pleasure of meeting Wade and it’s so clear how hands on he is with his property (not always common with Airbnb hosts). 11/10 would recommend!!!!

This Airbnb was just like we pictured. Host was kind and very responsive by giving clear and easy instructions to access the place. Felt right at home and had no problems whatsoever. Airbnb was nearby many places one would come to San Diego for. Would definitely return in the near future!

I absolutely loved my stay. This Airbnb delivered such a luxurious and clean experience. I have never felt more safe in a temporary stay before. From parking to my actual room it was extremely secured. I enjoyed the amenities. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy a good swim. The room had everything that I needed, it felt like home. I definitely will be returning!

The place was really nice! The only struggle for myself was finding it but I was sent instructions with pictures before hand so that was helpful. The parking is a little stressful as it’s very steep so be wary of this if your car is on the older side. Overall, I would stay here again (: super cozy and clean.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. Pool and jacuzzi were nice however the jacuzzi water was not hot. Condo was cozy and great location. Away from main town but close drive. Highly recommended 😊

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. We had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee houses. I would choose to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Mycket fint och mysigt boende för mig och min man .Läget var kanon bra . Gångavstånd till stranden och gatan med många restauranger. Mycket bekvämt när det gäller parkering eftersom p-garage precis under boendet och hiss att åka upp till våningen . Värden var trevligt och alltid med snabb återkoppling. Tack Francisco
