The place is amazing to stay!!! Would go back with a bigger family. It’s a great family get away. But must have a car to get to the location. Without a car will be a very difficult to get there and around.

Excellent place, very good location, places of interest nearby and close to the town of Concepción

We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for a family or friends gathering. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

Definitely just like the photos and the description. Very beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The ONLY downside is getting to this location. It has two VERY steep hills, a 4x4 is necessary. No taxi will take you up there. We thankfully found a private driver who was willing to take us places. Other than that this Airbnb is the best !!! Loved it and our kids loved it

Eduardo and Bibiana, the hosts, were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was amazing and provided a perfect way to relax, and the family dogs brought so much joy to our 2-year-old—they were a delightful addition to the experience! Eduardo's guidance and recommendations were invaluable, leading us to discover some truly spectacular places nearby. We were also touched by their generosity. The weather couldn't have been better, allowing us to fully enjoy not just the pool but also the stunning waterfalls and river in the area. Fica Libia was an absolutely beautiful, amazing, and unique destination that I highly recommend to everyone, especially animal lovers! This was our second time here, and we'll be back :) It's a beautiful finca with gorgeous views birds hammocks. Pretty comfortable and has caretakers who helped us with cooking cleaning. Kids loved the outdoors indoors. Minor issues like broken glass (previous guests broke it), water overflows from next door..

Great place to stay. Super safe and secure. Fredy (staff) was great and responsive. Laura was responsive as a host. Everything around the grounds are very nice. Located on the water. Nice deck to sit out. Fire pit outside. It is nice to have a car for this location -- takes about 10 minutes into Guatape.

A very peaceful place, the view is beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a closed unit and yet the lot is very private, very close to Retiro Park and many places in Eastern Antioquia. A good place to rest and connect with nature.

Not much bad to say about the place. It’s big, really nice and spacious. Great place to stay at any time for any length. Sergio was also very helpful and communicative. Overall made my 1st trip to Colombia easy and comfortable.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

From the moment we reached out to Brandon, he was supremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. The home is well appointed with everything you could want or need. We enjoyed the spectacular view of El Peñol from the deck each night around the fire table, in the hot tub, and from the wood burning sauna. The home was perfect for the 5 adults in our family. Brandon also has a network of people to help with excursions, food delivery, and transportation. He was always super friendly and helpful. His caretaker of the home is never far away if anything is needed. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon or his Finca. We will surely be back!! Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable and magical one, Brandon!
