Suited for all age groups, and comfortably sleeping up to 12 people in this spacious and unique house which has just been renovated. Guests are within easy walking distance to the local shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, river side and bus stops. The house is however quiet being in a cul de sac, with parking available in the local sports ground a few steps away.

This beautiful, double-fronted Georgian house is tucked away on a peaceful no-through street in the old quarter of Bideford. Recently renovated, the house still retains many original features from sash windows to cast iron fireplaces. The windows benefit from having an additional glaze, offering extra protection against any outside noise and draft. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate WC. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen. Dogs welcome!
