We had an amazing stay, the place is clean and cozy. Jennifer made us feel so welcome, and the brownies were amazing. We would definitely come back next time.☺️

It's easy to find and with good price too clear instruction to check-in and find the listing the house is quiet so i don't feel any distraction it is suitable for backpacker or someone who do solo traveling Easy to access 2 subway station, near grocery store, near many type of restaurant, and department store Melisa helpful and quick to respond to my chat Great experience for me

Soggiornare a casa di Terence e’ stata un’esperienza unica. Casa curata al dettaglio, vista pazzesca sullo skyline di Manhattan, ambienti molto puliti, arredamento curato al dettaglio, letto e cuscini comodissimi. Facile raggiungere la city grazie alla metro molto vicina e allo stesso tempo una zona silenziosa dove potersi riposare e rilassare. Terence e’ un host molto gentile, pro attivo e flessibile. Se vuoi stare ad una 20ina di minuti da Manhattan in una casa ampia, bella e comoda, consiglio fortemente di soggiornare da Terence.

NJ transit을 이용하여 여행하시기 매우 좋습니다. EWR, LGA 공항, 그리고 맨하탄 이동이 매우 편합니다. 도보 5분 거리만 걸으시면 맨하탄의 전경을 감상하실 수 있습니다.

Trenton is a great host. Easy to talk to and super communicative. Place is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a decent walk to the subway line. Lots of great Harlem restaurants and deli’s close by. Noise may be an issue for you as there is a train line close to the place, but I managed to sleep through it fine. The room was very comfortable. All in all, I would stay here again. You’ll need to commute a little to get to Midtown, but it’s still a nice option.

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

It was a good place to stay. Close to NYC and Jersey city. The area was safe and peaceful. The condo building itself was nice. King was very accommodating to all of our requests including early checkin. There is one parking included and if you need extra then street parking is little difficult to get. Although there plenty on the same street. Regarding sleeping, There was a king bed and a queen bed. The extra bedding wasn’t very comfortable and that’s the only thing that could have been better. Overall pleasant stay, worth coming back.

check in was seamless, and the property was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. hosts very responsive. it was nice to have the option of getting a ferry from new jersey into new York and the restaurants and cafes in the area are much more affordable than nyc and equally as good! after long days out in nyc, it can take a while to get back to the property via bus in the evening, which was a bit tiring, but for the price we paid when compared to hotels in nyc, it was fair enough!

We stayed for a week in May and had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Laurie was very responsive and answered all of our questions to make the stay more enjoyable. The condo is within walking distance of most things in Hoboken and very convenient to the Hoboken train station for going into NYC. Overall a great stay!

Everything was as described, host is very communicative

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Exactly what i was looking for. Bedroom, full bathroom, wifi, laundry, and a shelf in the fridge. Never used the kitchen, although he was very friendly letting me know it was available for use when i checked in. Parking not perfect, but i always found a spot in the lot or nearby on the road.

Good host. Very responsive. Very clean home.
