We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

The listing popped up at a really great time when my other air bomb host cancelled on my group. The house was very spacious and nice. If I needed to stay there again I definitely would do it.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

We loved the place! It was a clean, comfy home that felt safe and was close to lots of things we wanted to do during our stay! We walked pretty much everywhere: hotel clermont for the rooftop bar and famous lounge, Ponce city market, food along the belt-line, and the botanical gardens were all awesome. The host Jesse was always responsive too and we appreciated it! Probably the best air bnb I have stayed at in terms of quality, cleanliness and value.

Peaceful Place Nice Area and Private Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, clean, and stylish accommodations. Of note, only street parking is available so be prepared to parallel park (normal for this area). Beds were super comfortable & host was very communicative. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a furry friend or without. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.

This is my first Airbnb I picked for the family I definitely picked a good one .Tyrone is the best host, very responsive, I love being on the property so much we stayed an 3 days . The place is awesome! The backyard is beautiful and definitely our fav hangout. The kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked with all essentials and more! The location is perfect especially if you will be doing most of your visiting Downtown or in Buckhead. There are a lot of stairs when walking to the property- just fyi. 100% recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.
