Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

My family had a really nice stay - the views were gorgeous and the spaces within the house were well thought out. The host was extremely helpful and responsive too. Wish we had more time to spend in this beautiful house!

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs across Australia over the years, and this has been one of the most thoughtfully equipped and comfortable homes we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The house is filled with entertainment options — from a pool table and home entertainment system to kids’ books and board games — perfect for families or anyone looking to relax indoors. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, not just with appliances and cookware, but with condiments, cling wrap, and even items you wouldn’t normally expect like a travel charger. It truly felt like everything had been thought of. The rooms were cosy and well-heated, making it a warm and welcoming retreat. Rob was also incredibly responsive and kind in allowing us to deliver some items to his house prior to our arrival. location is lovely being just a stroll from Albany str (with lots of eateries) and Swan river along with Herrison island. thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would return

Suria was very responsive from the start and she responds really quickly. Her place is amazing, easy to get to the airport and very peaceful and quiet. It was a very nice stay with an amazing host, definitely a place I would want to book again in future.

My family and I booked this airbnb t stay at Perth , it was fantastic with walking distance to Coles and Kmart. Parking was easy and Thomas replied really fast to our request and attend to it asap. The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The location, premises were amazing. It's entirely walkable to the beach and Cottesloe is a wonderful, luxe neighbourhood. Tania was super accommodating and responsive. She was prompt in replacing our bedsheets in the middle of the stay and communicated well and patiently to facilitate this and all the other queries we had. We should read the fine print, but hadn't realized we were next to a unit under construction (work started at 7.40am on one of the days) - this was clearly indicated in the listing though, so this was entirely our bad, but thought it was worth highlighting. 100% would recommend in spite of the construction next door. Thanks Tania for being a great host.

the location is great and easy to find. Maddy and Arron has been very responsive and accommodative... the whole place are exactly same as per Airbnb photos.. the kitchen is also great for cooking. basically all good.. the only thing I would not say best is their bedding is a bit too soft.. but overall sleep still ok.

Katie's a warm, friendly and kind host who went above and beyond all expectations of a super host. Her property is a 40 minute drive from Perth CBD but it felt like miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful getaway! 😀 Katie's thoughtful nature is evident from the well-stocked pantry to the huge range of kitchen appliances that she provided for her guests. Her fridge even has an automatic water and ice dispenser! 😍 Every corner in the house and the backyard was well-designed and much thought was given to provide a home away from home experience for us. Interaction with all her animals was great! There were chooks, goats, sheep and horses who are all so well looked after! We really appreciate her sharing and her efforts to show us the authentic way of life on a farm. 😊 We are missing Katie's place and her animals so much now and hope to be back one day! Highly recommended and a true gem in the Swan Valley region. ❤️️
