Chalet vacation rentals in East Kootenay

This place was perfect for our group of 16. Easy walk to the ski hill and even easier to ski back. The place was very comfortable with lots of amenities. The jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a day of skiing. Would definitely come back.

I was very impressed and happy with the wonderful hospitality from my host family and the comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Jennifer's place was perfect for 2 families of 4, spacious place to stay with lots to do in the community. We had meals plans for each day of our stay and their kitchen had everything plus more. Lots of activities like boardgames at the Airbnb that kept the kids busy then outside to hang in the hot tub and watch golfers finish up in the 9th hole. Thanks Jennifer for being a great host. we will be back next year to make this our annual getaway.

This place couldn’t have been better. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful scenery, comfortable beds and AC. It was wonderful to fall asleep listening to the lake sounds and to wake up and have a coffee on the shore. I cannot wait to go back.

A group of 10 of us went for a ski trip, and we loved our time at Carolyn's place! There was plenty of room, even though we had a large group - we felt like the house was actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, with plenty of room to visit with everyone, as well as more quiet and private areas. The stairs from the parking spots were a bit daunting, but we only had to use them at the start and end of the trip, as everything else was easily accessible from the back of the house. The hill was a quick walk away, and for those of the group not skiing, the hot pools were also an easy walk from the house, as well as the restaurants and shops in the rest of the resort. Everything was super clean, there were tons of towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would love to come back, thanks for having us!

We rented this home for a group of 8 skiers who have been going on ski trips for over 25 years. I think that everyone agreed that this was the best one we have rented. Very beautiful inside and out. Loved the fireplace and available firewood. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our group with two refrigerators. We cooked one dinner and one breakfast and it had everything we needed. Never felt crowded. The ski in / ski out was so nice with only a very short amount of walking required. Hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes and fit 4-5 people. All in all I’d say you can’t go wrong renting this house.

Our stay was fantastic and the area is beautiful! The house is very spacious and well maintained with all of the amenities and supplies you can think of. Doris was more than accommodating to our group and made us feel welcome and cared for. Overall an excellent stay!

We had an amazing stay at Michael & Katrina's place! It was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Shy's place was a great, enjoyable stay. It had everything we needed. We were comfortable and had an easy stay. The house was fully stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, tissue paper. Place was very clean and presentable upon arrival. Great experience.

This place was stunning!! It accommodated our 7 person group with ease! The house is spacious with an open concept. We all loved the long dining room table! The view from the back porch felt seclusive and peaceful! We enjoyed our daily hikes that were easy to access from our house, as well as a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We would love to stay here again during ski season to utilize the ski in/out feature!!

I cannot express how accommodating Bo was and also flexible with check in and check out times. The communication was very clear. The property exceeded my expectations. Only critical point was where the cold plunge was positioned. And this is because I imagined it with a view. And that's literally the only thing I would change. Otherwise the place is fantastic. Views are amazing. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great to shower in. Has everything you could need. We also used Elk Catering and Victor was also fantastic recommendation from Bo. Huge thank you. Cannot wait to return!

This home was beautiful. The views from every room were amazing. There was absolutely everything in this house. Spices, condiments, a variety of appliances, glasses and cups galore. There are 52 steps from the garage to the master suite so if you have problems with stairs then this may not be the place for you. However, for everyone else, it is a special place that is worth staying in.

Donna was a fantastic host. Extremely friendly and had great recommendations for our stay in Fernie. We’ll be back!
