Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in East Java

Fantastic stay! The apartment is a great deal and located right on top of Pakuwon Mall — the largest and best mall in Indonesia. It’s incredibly convenient, like a city within a building. Everything you need is here and walkable — shops, restaurants, groceries, entertainment. The only room for improvement is the bathroom layout — there’s no separation between the shower and toilet area, so the floor gets wet after showering. Other than that, highly recommended!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

Very much enjoyed the stay! The apartment was beautifully furnished and all the rooms were so spacious, and the view was absolutely stunning. The lift system was such that it felt like we had a private lift to the apartment, and it was so convenient to get to the mall complex from the apartment. All in all a luxurious stay. Lucinda and Isaac were very responsive and kind in their communication. Thank you for having us!

I stayed at the property for three nights and would book it again anytime! The location is super central and the rooms are nice, large and comfortable! I especially liked that there was a gym, a beautiful pool, a sauna and a TV! The only shortcoming was that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower and the hot and cold water control did not work. Would come back anytime!

Benny the host was very responsive and personally came to meet and greet me in the lobby. His place is worth every penny I spend as it beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend this place if you in Surabaya as the apartment itself is located on podium level next to a massive swimming pool and gym. Kitchen toilet and bedrooms were also very nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. If back again I will come to Benny apartment again. Thank you Benny for making my stay comfortable.

Great value for money, David was a fantastic host always willing to help when you need it, housekeeping came daily to make bed, refresh towels if needed and empty trash, even washed our dishes for us which was a delightful touch. Bathroom is pretty soap scum heavy but that’s not unusual in Bali, still smelt fresh. Location was super convenient, great spot for restaurants and access to the beach, pool facilities were fantastic although pool could be open a little later to accommodate for a post dinner swim. Laundry and coffee shop directly across the road which was nice and convenient for our stay. Very family friendly location. Absolutely would stay here again, well worth the price it is listed for.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. The room is on the second floor of the building. Very spacious, it gets a lot of daylight. There is a separate wardrobe area, a separate excellent shower, kitchen, terrace and a shared pool downstairs. The Internet is fast, there were no problems. A comfortable workplace for working with a laptop. The air conditioner works quietly, maintains a comfortable temperature. There is no better location, Umalas - 5 minutes by bike, Canggu 10-15 minutes, Seminyak/Kuta - 10-15 minutes. There are many cafes, halls nearby. I would like to mention the friendly hosts who were attentive to any request, gave recommendations in terms of places. In terms of noise, it seemed noisy only on the first day, when the locals arranged a loud party with music nearby. The rest of the time, only a few roosters were heard in the morning and wildlife like frogs in the forest)) which is normal for Bali. The house is far from the main roads, so motorcycles, if they ride, are very rare, faintly audible and not annoying. Thank you for having us!

Jeff's apartment is fantastic! The building has great amenities, and the lobby is especially beautiful. If you love being near malls, the location is perfect. Keep in mind, though, that it's a bit of a trek to reach the city's cultural sites.

The check in / check out instructions are very clear. The host was very responsive and very helpful in dealing with some obstacles. When you need an extra blanket, it's delivered right away plus bread too. Even at check-in, there were welcome snacks. Really appreciate it. Apartment is clean and tidy. Everything works well. Fast wifi and can be used for work. The location is connected to the mall, making it easy to shop and eat. Very recommend it.

The appartment has a complete amenities, very clean & in a perfect location. Christine is very responsive and helpfull. She even let me to stay longer in the appartmen as my flight still at 8:00 PM - Thanks a lot Christine :) I will definetly come back the next time I'm visiting my Family in Surabaya.

The bed was comfortable and it has AC and (crucially) a mosquito net! 🚿 Bathroom: Nice relaxing outdoor shower with warm water. 📶 Wi-Fi: Good. 🔇 Noise Level: Very quiet. 📩 Host Communication: Fantastic. Helpful and responsive. 😊 Host Friendliness: Friendly and respectful host. 🔒 Security: Very secure. ✨ Overall: Fantasic AirBnB. Everything was perfect and the team are so helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool which is our biggest regret. So make sure you reserve some time to hang out!

We had such a wonderful stay at Qmoya Villa and it made our trip to Bali very enjoyable. The villa is in a great location with lots to do nearby, but also very quiet at night. Very responsive host who ensured that our stay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Lia truly was an excellent host, super responsive before and throughout the stay when we had questions and was also really nice in person. Loved the flowers and mini gifts. The chef (didn't manage to get his name) and helper were great too and we enjoyed their mee goreng a lot. Thank you very much for taking care of us! :)

Villa Oya was an idyllic retreat for us. It’s tucked away down a small street and backs on to jungle. It’s not overlooked and there isn’t (currently!) any building work nearby so it was absolutely quiet and peaceful. It’s about 15min scooter ride to Deus/central canggu area but there’s some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We really liked the ‘village cafe’ Nyoman is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating We would happily stay again

This was by far our favorite accommodation in Bali. The room was very clean and cozy, the view is stunning😍 There is a fresh water tap in the room and also a mini fridge. The host is super super friendly! It was possible to hire a scooter from the accommodation, super easy and without any problems. Breakfast is included and was very nice, you could even do floating breakfast with no extra charge! And the overall accommodation looks amazing, every detail is perfect (even the cute little lights in the trees). 10/10!⭐️

Julia’s place was in a great location with amazing restaurants near by. The villa itself was exactly as described. It was beautiful and peaceful and very private. We loved the pool and the modern look this place had. Julia was a great host, always responsive, and helpful with local recommendations.

We came back to this villa as it was just incredible. such a peaceful atmosphere and the layout and design was just fantastic. Everything was done with such excellence. The rooms, bathrooms and entire place was so clean. Air-conditioning cooled so well, Kitchen was top notch, gym was outstanding, pool, ice bath and sauna was on another level. Ira, Kade and Vian were just incredible and outstanding. Ira was so warm, caring and so thoughtful to our family. So genuine in the love they shared with us. This villa gave us such a family memory with our kids. we highly highly recommend this beautiful villa, truly tranquil as it's name.
