Villa vacation rentals in East Java

We’re reluctantly leaving this review, but of not fault of Jennifer’s, but for our own selfish reasons..LOL..We fear that if we adequately describe how AMAZING this place is, that it’ll be extremely hard for us to book again in the future. Not only is the property exactly as described, but coupled with the out of this world amazing staff, this place is truly a dream. Now before I run out of characters allotted, I will make mention that the drive/ride from the airport to the villa is about 3 hours, but if you’re willing to accept that, then welcome to PARADISE! Every meal that was prepared was not only delicious, as well as nutritious and FRESH! We felt right at home and welcomed, whether in the villa our out in the community. This trip was our honeymoon, and Bali and Villa Sedang will forever be a part of our love story. Thanks so much Jennifer and staff!

We stayed here for 6 days and it was heaven. We were in need of a break from work and the daily grind, and the accomodation definitely delivered. Widya our host was incredible in making that happen for us. We were able to just relax and did not need to worry about anything as we knew if we couldn't figure something out, Widya would be able to help us. This slice of paradise at Villa Kemalasan was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be coming back when we can! Terimah Kasih Banyak Widya and the team!

Can’t say enough! We really enjoyed Milliways Bali for our girls trip (3 of us). It is spectacular, the photos don’t do it justice! We also loved the clear communication, daily room cleaning/fresh linens (not typical of most Airbnb’s!) AND daily prepared breakfast! We appreciated help with booking rides as needed, and our scheduled in house Indonesian dinner, massages, personal yoga class etc! The list of amenities offered is amazing. Highly recommend this spot to anyone!

We decided to end our honeymoon at Villa Shamballa and nothing more than a big OMG! Everything was just perfect, the awakening of birdsong accompanied by the three small squirrels of the tree opposite while enjoying an appetizing breakfast and ending the day with the singing of cicadas and frogs with a plate of Pisang goreng dazzled by candlelight ❤️ Thank you again for everything Kadek, Komang, Eric and Iluh, for your kindness, your concern and we hope to come back soon!

An amazing stay, 100% worth it. The staff go above and beyond and we felt like we were transported to our own sanctuary, incredible. Would absolutely recommend.

If it's your first time here, the location of the house may be a bit difficult to find. You need to walk in after getting off the car. The private space is very private. It's located near the mountain. People who are afraid of small animals need to consider carefully. It's not suitable for one person, because it's very quiet at night, as if the entire valley has only this one house... There are a lot of spiders, no drying area, and it needs to be cleaned diligently. If you don't mind insects and want to pursue ultimate quiet, it is highly recommended.

This place was very beautiful and the hosts were really friendly and responsive. Private villa away from the city and others. The hosts checked in on us everyday to provide cleaning and any other services.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Clarisse in Bali! The location is simply stunning, nestled in a beautiful, serene setting that truly allowed for complete relaxation. The villa itself is luxurious, with an immense outdoor pool that was perfect for lounging and unwinding. The butlers were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa was spotless, showcasing impeccable cleanliness throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and lavish retreat in Bali!

Nyos and his team are amazing. Location is beautiful. The views are amazing. It feels like you were in the middle of a treehouse mansion. However, if you do not like bugs and insects , this is not the place for you. You need to keep in mind that you are in the middle of a jungle and there are many crawling bugs, flying bugs that come into the house during the day when the doors are open.. otherwise everything was perfect and the service of the team was excellent, they did their best to make sure I was happy.

This place is unreal! I mean the views are something out of a dream! And the staff…my goodness. Second to none. Your wish is their command! Never had an Airbnb experience like this and grateful to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday at Villa Cella Bella! If you’re trying to decide where to stay look no further. This is it!

Our party of 7 stayed at Villa Fi to celebrate my birthday. It was just perfect! My first comment is about Teti- she is warm and kind and along with Ari made us feel instantly welcome and they both cared for us impeccably. Teti is the true gem that makes Villa Fi so special- her happy nature and genuine interest in those she looks after is to be commended. We enjoyed abundant breakfasts ( the banana pancakes are so delicious! ) and one evening she cooked us a feast of Indonesian food. Teti went above and beyond to make my birthday breakfast special with a decorated table and a cake as well. The villa itself is exactly as you see in the photos. It is a quiet haven; an oasis in a residential area away from the bustle that is Seminyak. It’s a leisurely stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars and a short Gojek ride to anywhere else you’d like to go. The rooms are spacious and serviced every day. It’s the perfect place to relax. The villa in itself was amazing! We were there just to blow off steam so didn't go out much. And it was worth it. The only issue was procuring food. The restaurants around did not have much options for vegetarians. So you might want to carry some food with you when coming to these surroundings, if you are a vegetarian. Or you can cook too, the kitchen was amazing.

House was very roomy, located in very peaceful and private surroundings. Great and deep pool, but could also dive directly into the warm sea. But the best of the home was Elly, who made sure we had a very relaxed and worryfree holiday. Big shout out for her cooking skills, so no need to look for any restaurants.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed in. The interior is well designed with groovy furniture and your own pool. The hosts offer a range of services to make you feel at home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Daily housekeeping is a plus with a deep clean before each stay. Cafes and restaurants are within 10 minutes drive.

Hana and her husband are very friendly and kind people, they even helped us with the laundry (extra cost) even though it's not a service they provide. Hana called us and offered to buy us some durian because we wanted to try it. The breakfast is good, the pool isn't big but it's very clean and pleasant for the hot evenings, when you can just chill and enjoy the sunset and rice paddies. There were some geckos around, but they didn't disturb us. It's a very quiet place, and although not very easy to find, it is very well located to explore Tegallalang and even Ubud. Everything was wonderful!

It’s not a house or a villa it’s a perfect combination of 5 stars boutique hotel and an oasis . 4 days inside without any need of going out this how good and amazing this place is. I’m not a fan of reviews but had to make an exception this time. Thx again for your kindness

We had a lovely stay. The villa isn’t flashy, but it feels warm, welcoming, and very much like a home. The beachfront setting is peaceful, the garden and pool are beautifully maintained, and the staff are discreet and kind. A special thank you to Ketut, who cooked, did laundry, and cleaned with such care and energy – she truly made our stay special. Arya, the gardener, was also incredibly sweet and always greeted us with a smile. Our contact person, Dini, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The villa is quite remote, so remember to bring an international driving permit if you plan to use a scooter (they can help arrange one for you) – otherwise, it’s easy to hire a private driver. We especially loved watching distant lightning over the ocean in the evenings and seeing the bats fly out at sunset. We’d happily return!

Absolutely beautiful villa we had the pleasure of spending 5 nights in. The Villa itself is huge with high ceilings and plenty of space. The outdoor bath and shower are incredible . The grounds of the property including the lawn and ponds are just stunning. The views from the bedroom upstairs were magical. A real piece of heaven. The villa is a little out of the Centre of UBUD which was perfect for us. Highlights were the Putri Spa and Fuzion restaurant in the area. Highly recommend. Wayan and his staff were excellent and very nice to deal with. Everything was exactly as the description described and we can’t wait to go back again one day. Thank you Wayan & Kadek.

Outstanding stay, beautiful villa the kids had the best time with Aunty Jas and Galiah who came in to do breakfast for us every morning. They really went above and beyond and we already miss them! Location was fantastic walking distance to lots of restaurants and quiet away from the chaos. Thank you so much Filip
