Nice place

Initially I didn’t have high expectations bcs the rating was around 4.5 (which is good but not like 4.9 or 5.0) and I have stayed in different unit last month and it felt cramped with too much / tacky furnitures. BUT this place was different and GREAT! The furnitures are simple and functional, enough plugs, clean bathroom. I just find everything nice and perfect. Maybe one downside is the lack of hot shower (which would be a good addition) but I cannot complain, really. On top of that, Femy has been so nice and flexible about my stay which really helped me with my situation. If I come to Jakarta again, I will surely book Femy’s place again. Thank you!

Stay at somebody else's apartement but feels like home. Definitely will be back. The unit are spacious and comfortable, clean and also neat. Facility and amenities are complete. Get free parking at basement. Maybe you can provide Digital TV antenna in the further. Overall we had pleasant and great time staying at this place. Thank you for hosting us.

Good memory in Pikachu Apartment. It is so close to the MRT ststion, I can go anywhere I want with a Transjakarta card. Besides, the apartment has laundries shop (left one) and they are super kind and helpful. There is also a swimming pool, but I have no time to swim there, must try next time.

we had a great stay here! the place is clean, they have very good amenities, packed with kitchenware that really help us during Eid Al-Fitr. The host also very responsive, helpful, and friendly it helped us a lot because we looked for a place in such a rush. definitely will come back here again!

The apartment has a good view, the host is responsive, and what i liked the most is the check in experience and the privacy, feels like you’re in your own apartment. If i come to Jakarta again this will be my #1 choice

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

communication is very good, owner speak english well. they are pretty helpful with informations in Indonesia. the environment here is quiet, not noisy at all. delicious food they privided. recommmend strongly. i will come back next time.

I spent a month here & believe me it's so much better than shared photo 😁. I'm surprised ! The room is so clean, spacious & quite. I can also choose my own breakfast (fried banana is my favorite!). It's so close to the main road, only takes 2 minutes walk through a small alley but don't worry it's very safe 👌. Thanks Mbak Mery & Ibu for everything, it was a pleasant memories for me 🙏

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The host was friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, thanks to the building’s strong security. Highly recommended!

Great host. Great building and location with very attentive staff. Pool and gym first class and having direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall (one of the 90s best in Jakarta) is a bonus

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Stay at Femmy’s Place! I stayed at Femmy’s Airbnb apartment and had an enjoyable experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I had no issues during my stay and felt comfortable throughout. Would recommend it to others looking for a nice and hassle-free stay!

This is my 2nd time stayed at Shandy's apt. The place is clean, the facilities are complete for daily living n overall it's a good place to stay. Also, Shandy is a great host. He's friendly, fast respond, & easy to talk with. Very recommended!
